Overview
DynIP is operated by 33k Networks AB. Subscriptions are billed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. Refund requests are processed through Paddle but governed by this policy.
Free Tier
The Free tier (5 zones) is provided at no cost. No refund applies.
Paid Subscriptions: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under EU consumer protection law and our own commitment, you have 14 days from your initial subscription to request a refund:
- Monthly plan: full refund within 14 days of first subscription, no questions asked
- Annual plan: pro-rata refund within 14 days of first subscription (you pay only for days used)
This applies only to your initial subscription, not to subsequent renewals.
Subscription Renewals
When your monthly or annual subscription auto-renews, the renewal payment is non-refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel the subscription before the next billing date. You can cancel anytime via the account dashboard or by contacting Paddle support.
After cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You are not charged again
- At the end of the period, your account is downgraded to the Free tier (any zones beyond the Free tier limit become read-only — they remain in DNS but cannot be modified until you reduce to within the Free tier or upgrade again)
Service-Wide Outages
If the Service experiences a confirmed outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours, paid subscribers are eligible for service credits or partial refunds at our discretion. Contact us via the contact form to request.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window:
- Cancel your subscription via the account dashboard
- Contact us via https://dynip.dev/contact or [enable JavaScript to view contact email] with your account email and the reason
- Refunds are processed by Paddle, typically within 5-10 business days, to the original payment method
What Is Not Refundable
- Renewal charges after the initial 14-day window
- Charges for time periods already used (except as part of the initial 14-day pro-rata)
- Subscriptions cancelled due to Terms of Service violations
Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first. If unresolved, you may dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer, but we ask that you contact us first to give us a chance to resolve it.
For Paddle-specific billing questions, you can also contact Paddle directly: https://paddle.com.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Changes apply only to subscriptions purchased after the change takes effect.
